Our Services

  • Supported Accomodation

    Our Keighley-based provision is a modern, high-spec building spanning three floors, designed to support young adults transitioning from care. It includes en-suite bedrooms with kitchenettes, fitted wardrobes, TVs, and desk spaces, alongside shared kitchens and living areas that promote both independence and connection. The top floor features a fully self-contained flat with a private kitchen, bathroom, and walk-in wardrobe. All areas are accessed via secure fob entry, with token-operated washer-dryers, superfast broadband, and 24/7 maintenance support provided by JIMA Associates—creating a safe, structured environment for care leavers to thrive.

  • Central Location, Connected Living

    Our accommodation is centrally located in Keighley, placing care leavers in the heart of a vibrant and well-connected town. Just a short walk from the college, shops, GP surgeries, and a range of community-based services, the setting makes it easier for young people to access education, healthcare, and everyday essentials. Its location also encourages engagement with local activities and support networks that promote wellbeing and personal development. With both bus and rail stations nearby, residents can travel independently, pursue employment or training, and stay connected to wider opportunities—supporting their journey into stable, confident adulthood.

    Keighley Healthy Living

    Based in the heart of Keighley, Keighley Healthy Living is a long-standing community charity focused on improving local health and wellbeing. From mental health support and fitness sessions to skills-based workshops and social groups, KHL offers inclusive, accessible programmes that help our young people build confidence, routine, and a stronger sense of connection within the community.

    Maid it Clean

    A cleaning service that will clean Fondcare’s property, ensuring all living spaces remain safe, hygienic, and welcoming. In addition to this, they deliver workshops to residents on essential domestic skills, including cleaning, home organisation, and the safe use of household utilities—empowering young adults to manage their own homes confidently as they work towards independence.

    Big Break Snooker

    Big Break Snooker is a vibrant leisure venue in Keighley offering snooker, pool, arcade games, and dedicated PS5 rooms. It provides a safe, social space where our young people can unwind, build peer relationships, and strengthen key skills such as focus, strategy, and emotional regulation—all in a positive, structured environment.

    JIMA Associates Ltd provides responsive, round-the-clock property maintenance for Fondcare’s supported accommodation. Their team ensures all repairs, safety checks, and ongoing upkeep are handled promptly and professionally—allowing young people to live in a safe, well-maintained environment that supports independence and dignity.
